About Us

Catjim Consulting Group LLC, is a long-term care consulting company based out of Northeast Ohio. With over 30 years of experience in the nursing field and over 20 years in management, we have been instrumental in creating deficiency-free facilities by enhancing star ratings and quality measures.  We do this by promptly addressing problems head on and listening to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) concerns voiced by families and residents. Likewise, due to our extensive knowledge of the Department of Health standards, we have built a stellar rapport with the Health Department surveyors. Identifying areas of concern, addressing the issues with care, and efficiently teaching the nursing team the survey corrective actions are why companies, families, and residents put their full confidence in our abilities as compassionate leaders and effective operators in long-term care.
